2) User Conduct You agree to not use the service to: Any sort of illegal activity, including, but not limited to, hacking, bruteforce, mass emails, mass dm’s, raiding, ip spoofers, etc. Upload, post, transmit, or use content that you do not own without permission. Including, but not limited to, piracy, copyright, identity theft, etc. Operate and use DDoS/Botnet tools with the purpose of harming others, or anothers server, relationship, or otherwise objectionable. Use a form of mass email service. Such as spam emails, advertisement emails, etc. Use or operate anything that is keylogging, proxy service, irc/shell/shell(s) if any type. Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers or networks connected to the Service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Service.

3) Accounts You must be at least 13 years of age to use Sky Hosting, enforced completely. SkyHosting reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their absolute discretion

4) Unless otherwise stated, Sky Hosting and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Sky Hosting. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view and/or print pages from https://skyhosting.org for your own personal use subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions. You must not:Republish material from https://skyhosting.org

Disclaimer Sky Hosting, under no circumstances should be held liable for data loss, downtime, delay, disconnection of services at any time. Sky Hosting Is not responsible for the actions taking place in our services themselves. Sky Hosting Is not responsible for any damage, alterations, or actions taken by an account subuser. Subusers are added at the discretion of the customer. Sky Hosting Is not liable for any changes outside of the initial server configuration. We reserve the right to refuse support for 3rd party software that is not included with the original setup.

1) Suspension and Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your services upon any violation of these terms or in other cases deemed necessary for any reason whatsoever and at any time without prior notice.
